Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when you use the Provent Online platform.
This policy is a working draft prepared for the new platform. Provent will review and confirm the final wording before launch.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your login credentials secure. Accounts are personal and must not be shared.
Course access
Access to course content is granted after a valid enrolment. Course materials remain the property of Provent and may not be copied, redistributed or reproduced.
Assessments and certificates
Certificates are issued when the completion requirements configured for a course have been met. Where a practical assessment requires professional review, certification follows approval by a qualified reviewer.
Digital practical activities do not replace supervised or face-to-face competency assessment where that is required.
Organisation licences
Organisation licences are assigned to named learners. Unused licences may be reassigned by an organisation administrator.
