How we collect, use, store and protect your personal information, in line with Australian privacy expectations.
This policy is a working draft prepared for the new platform. Provent will review and confirm the final wording before launch.
Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to provide your training: account details, contact information, organisation details where relevant, and learning records such as progress, assessment results and certificates.
Camera and body tracking
Some courses include practical activities that use your device camera to recognise body positioning and movement. Your camera is never activated without your explicit permission.
Unless an activity specifically states otherwise, Provent does not record your camera, upload raw camera video, or save frames or screenshots. Pose processing runs on your device where technically possible.
We store only the learning data required to record the activity: activity identifier, attempt, completion, score, exercise metrics, duration, date and review status.
Marketing and consent
Marketing communications are optional and require your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time from your account preferences.
Your controls
You can access and update your account information, request a copy of your learning records, and ask questions about how your information is handled by contacting Provent.
