Refund Policy

How refunds and cancellations work for individual purchases and organisation licences.

This policy is a working draft prepared for the new platform. Provent will review and confirm the final wording before launch.

Individual purchases

Refund eligibility and timeframes will be confirmed by Provent before launch. Requests are assessed with regard to course access and progress at the time of the request.

Organisation licences

Unassigned licences may be reassigned within your organisation. Refund arrangements for bulk licence purchases are handled as part of your organisation agreement.

How to request a refund

Contact Provent with your order number and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
